The Virgin Islands Casino Control Commission approved Thursday a series of amendments to casino regulations, including licensing and application fees. Newly added Class IV hotels will have a fee of $80,000, 75 sleeping units and a 400-square-foot banquet facility.
Racino/Casino license fees will also be comprised in the regulations.
The new regulations will be added to the Viring Islands Casino Control Act of 1995.
